By booking a service, you agree to the SANO Service Standards & Client Agreement.

Welcome to SANO. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms. These are in place to ensure clarity, consistency, and a high standard of care for both our clients and our team.

Services

SANO provides residential and short-term rental cleaning services as described on our website. Service scope, timing, and pricing are confirmed at booking.

Bookings & Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe, timely access to the space at the scheduled service time. If access cannot be granted, the visit may be considered a late cancellation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payments

Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking. Prices are based on the information provided; significant changes to the condition or size of the space may result in an adjusted rate.

Satisfaction

If something feels missed, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We’ll assess and address concerns promptly.

Liability

SANO is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsecured valuables, or normal wear and tear. We take care, but accidents can happen.

Safety & Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a space is unsafe, unsanitary beyond scope, or if our team experiences harassment or unsafe conditions.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
